RABIDA
The first impression of Rabida is the redness of the rocks, cliffs and sandy beach…
The iron-rich volcanic eruption that caused this is unique in the islands. Rolling around in the red coastling are several sealions. They often venture into and establish colonies in a lagoon just behind the beach, which is occasionally frequented by flamingos.
The walk will reveal seabirds, sometimes nesting pelicans and cactus finches. The view along a cliff makes the hike complete.
